The petals are assembled using TIG welding on specialized jig fixtures to ensure consistent geometry. The completed module undergoes finishing, test assembly, and surface preparation before shipment.
Ice flower panels are large-format welded modules, typically 1200x2400mm or custom sizes. Larger single modules up to 2400x2400mm are available for grand spaces. The entire module is hoisted and installed as one piece, eliminating on-site assembly of individual small panels.
Materials: Aluminum alloy AA3003 or AA5052 (standard), stainless steel (premium). Finishes: powder coating (any RAL), PVDF (fluorocarbon), antique bronze patina, polished aluminum, brushed satin, gold metallic, and custom patina effects. The welded joints are carefully blended during finishing for a seamless appearance.
